Online Presentation Guidelines

• All authors are required to deliver a live presentation using screen-sharing during their assigned time slot.
• Presentations must be conducted using the designated virtual platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype).
• Presentation schedules and time slots will be communicated to participants in advance.
• Each presentation is limited to a total of 20 minutes, including a Q&A session (15 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions).
• Presenters must prepare a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation consisting of no more than 15 slides.
• No specific slide template is mandated; presenters may choose any design that effectively communicates their research.
• Slides should be concise, visually engaging, and directly relevant to the presentation topic.
• A stable internet connection must be ensured throughout the session.
• Presenters should participate from a quiet location with minimal background noise.
• Audio equipment and screen-sharing functionality should be tested prior to the presentation.
• Presenters are advised to rehearse in advance to remain within the allotted time.
